Mallard Moat Quail is a family-run farm based in a sleepy corner of the East Suffolk coast, we are proud to produce quail eggs to the highest standards to sell locally and beyond.
Quail produce pretty little speckled eggs with a creamy, rich, satisfying, flavour enjoyed the world over, but which we proudly produce here to the highest standards here at Mallard Moat Farm. They’re perfect for canapés, nibbles and starters or to add a bit of oomph and zing to a salad. Alternatively they’re fabulous poached of simply boiled and dipped in celery salt, for a Sunday evening supper or cheeky little snack.
